Retail buildings 1 & 2, each 12,100 sf in size, will be located on the southeast corner of the development. The retail buildings will continue the architectural flavor of the campus with complementary roof forms and materials. Desired or projected tenants would include small breakfast/lunch restaurant, coffee shop, bookstore, ice-cream parlor, bicycle shop, or bakery. The building character will complement the church building to maintain the character of the campus.
